Hamann Motorsport has given the BMW 5-Series GT a significantly more dynamic appearance and turned the crossover between a comfortably spacious SUV and an elegant limousine into one of the most exclusive multi-purpose vehicles in the luxury class. As a renowned specialist of exquisite modifications for BMW automobiles, Hamann is offering powerful performance improvements, noteworthy sportiness when it comes to engine components and an aerodynamics programme with exciting styling for the Gran Turismo in the 5-Series.

The high sitting position of a SUV, the versatility of a van and the exclusive feeling of spaciousness of a limousine: The BMW 5-Series Gran Turismo developed specifically for the US market is already an unusual top-class, multi-purpose vehicle when it leaves the plant. Hamann has topped this and has given the BMW, internally known as the F07 series, a much more exclusive and sporty look. Sophisticated components have been developed for the Hamann aerodynamics programme and processed with top-quality workmanship. The result: a breathtaking overall design with optimised airflow across the entire vehicle. A lowering kit for the models 530d, 535i and 550i including air suspension provides the multi-purpose limousine with a much longer and dynamic appearance, even in a standing position. Perfectly synergised body components complete the exclusive appearance of the Hamann BMW 5-Series GT. The product range includes a front spoiler to be mounted on the standard front spoiler of the series, side skirts and a rear spoiler in a subtle or striking design, as required. Both provide reduced lift force at the rear axle and thus considerably improve the driving dynamics. A new rear apron makes room for the Hamann mufflers. The four impressive stainless steel exhaust pipes feature an imposing diameter of 90 mm and create an extraordinarily robust sound.

The Hamann motor specialists have developed a powerful performance gain from 245 PS (180 kW) to 275 PS (202 kW) for the 5-Series GT 530d. The torque, an even more important factor when it comes to driving pleasure, simultaneously increases from 540 Nm to an impressive 620 Nm at 1750 rpm. Thanks to Hamann Motorsport, the 5-Series Gran Turismo 530d, whose performance is enhanced due to optimisation of the engine characteristics by means of reprogramming of the series Motronic, boasts 20 Nm more torque than the standard 535d, and that for only a fraction of the surcharge actually due.

Befitting its image, the modified Gran Turismo boasts gigantic 22-inch tyres: The elegantly styled Hamann alloy wheel Anniversary Evo has been specially developed for the requirements of heavyweight, truly massive vehicles. In line with Hamann's philosophy on modifications, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and the use of special aluminium alloy ensure maximum load capacities at low weight. Hamann Anniversary Evo designer wheels for the BMW 5-Series GT are available in the sizes 9.0 x 22 for the front and 10.5 x 22 for the back. Wide-base tyres are fitted front (265/30ZR22) and back (295/25ZR22).

The Hamann interior matches the grand feel of the exterior. Pedals and the footrest come in an aluminium design, and the black foot mats feature a silver Hamann inscription for sporty emphasis. 2010 Hamann BMW Z4

Just in time for the start of the cabrio season, Hamann Motorsport is introducing a comprehensive programme for accessories and modification of the current BMW Z4 Roadster, known internally as the E89. The broad palette of customisation options for the roadster with the fold-away hardtop includes exciting bodywork styling, striking rim designs and powerful performance improvements.

The Hamann aerodynamics programme is characterised by top-quality workmanship on body components with impressive design and optimised airflow over the vehicle silhouette: The specialists have replaced the series production front spoiler on the front axle with an in-house development that features two integrated LED day lamps. Striking side skirts between the front and the rear impress with a convincing design concept, and lend the Z4 an even lower and longer appearance. The lift force on the rear axle is reduced by a Hamann technical development that sees a shapely spoiler mounted on the tailgate. A new rear apron completes an impressive overall appearance and makes space for the four tailpipes responsible for the throaty sound of the Hamann sports exhaust system.

The Hamann engine specialists have developed a powerful performance improvement for the BMW Z4 sDrive35i engine, which also lifts the 250 km/h limitation. The optimisation of the series production control device has resulted in performance figures of 360 hp / 265 kW at 5230 rpm (standard is 306 hp / 225 kW at 2500 rpm). The maximum torque simultaneously increases to an impressive 540 Nm, which is available in the engine speed range of 1300 to 5000 rpm (standard is 400 Nm at 1300 - 5000). This modification results in a top speed of 285 km/h.

One of the technical highlights in the comprehensive range of wheels is the three-part Hamann light alloy wheel known as the Edition Race "Matt Black". The 20" forged wheel combines sportiness with elegance. The matt black, polished spoked rims and the titanium screw joints accentuate the wheel dynamics, while the highly polished rim flange makes for a sophisticated impression. Hamann is offering the wheel/tyre combination of 8,5Jx20 inch including 235/30ZR20 front tyres with 10,0Jx20 rims plus 295/25ZR20 back tyres from 7,640 Euro. Extra focus is on the new aluminium wheels with special chassis springs that allow the centre of mass on both the front and back axles of the Z4 Roadster to be lowered by 30 millimetres. Handling of the sports car is simultaneously enhanced.

For the interior, Hamann Motorsport has come up with subtle internal applications. The aluminium gear knob and the set of foot mats with the silver stitched Hamann logo provide a sporty look. On request, hand-made complete leather fittings in line with the exclusive demands of every BMW Z4 Roadster driver can also be supplied.

2010 Hamann Conqueror II

With the Hamann Conqueror II, based on the high-end model Land Rover Range Rover Sport, the Laupheim-based company once again confirms that it is the top address when it comes to dynamic accessories and exciting car body design.
Already the self-confident exterior shape turns the Hamann Conqueror II into a real Conqueror of longing looks on our roads. Perfectly manufactured wing extensions made of light composite material give the aerodynamics set a masculine look. This perfectly goes with the stylishly adjusted front bumper components with the four integrated LED daytime running lights and the carbon bonnet. The athletic appearance is perfected with the roof spoiler, the rear apron in a diffuser-look and the Hamann-side planking.

The body refinements by Hamann already render a dynamic appearance which also continues under the bonnet. The technology specialist allows the Range Rover Sport 5,0 V8-Supercharged to achieve an engine performance of 560 hp / 412 kW at 6,500 r.p.m. (serial: 510 hp / 375 kW). At the same time, the maximum torque rises by 60 Nm to 685 Nm within the speed range of 2,500 to 5,500 r.p.m.U/min. Also the Diesel model is equipped with extra power. After the serial motronic has been re-programmed, the 3,0 TDV6-aggregates render 280 hp / 206 kW and supply the crankshaft with a maximum torque of 660 Nm.

The components of the Hamann sports exhaust system render an earthy and impressive sound. The stainless steel end muffler with its four end pipes can be optionally amended by metal catalysts, sports manifold and a centre pipe set.

The rim programme is impressive in its dimension and variety. No matter if the customer seeks strikingly dynamic or elegant high-end rims - Hamann offers a large variety of wheel designs and wheel sizes, such as a one-part wheel called Unique Forged Anodized measuring 23 inches. A unique design, produced in most modern forged technology and refined with an anodized surface are both hallmark and eponym at the same time. The recommended wheel-tyre combination for the front- and back axle is 11x23 inches with tyres measuring 315/25 R23.

Especially by the electronic Hamann lowering kit, the XXL rims are further emphasised. The centre of gravity of the Hamann Conqueror II is lowered by 40 millimetres at the front- and by 30 millimetres at the back axle.

In addition to the serial interior, Hamann accessories offers black-anodised aluminium combined with carbon applications. Pedals and foot rests render motorsports atmosphere and perfectly match the 6-part Hamann decoration set made of carbon fibre. Hamann offers an elegant boot mat with decorative stitching and an embroidered Hamann logo for the Range Rover SPORT. Perfectly matching the latter is the floor mat set made of twisted pearl velours including another logo.
